Not an emergency or crisis response service
Not HIPAA-covered unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement

3. Emergencies

If you are in crisis

Contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately. In the US: 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Ella cannot dispatch help to your location.

4. Accuracy

AI responses may contain errors. Verify important information independently. Ella may challenge or push back — that is by design, not a guarantee of correctness.
